What We Do

We source, inspect, and sell used outboard motors and JDM engines. On the outboard side, we deal in the brands Australians actually rely on: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Mercury, and Tohatsu. On the JDM side, we bring in engines and complete engine packages from Japan for the platforms people actually build, Skyline, Supra, Silvia, Civic, Integra, and more.

Every motor that comes through our doors gets a hands-on mechanical check before it goes anywhere near our website. Compression tested, corrosion assessed, lower unit inspected, and run on the hose. Every JDM engine gets the same treatment on the engine side: compression tested, inspected, and checked against what's actually in the listing before it's photographed and priced. If something isn't right, we either fix it or we don't list it.

We're based in Winnellie, NT, just outside Darwin, right in one of Australia's greatest boating territories and no stranger to the JDM scene either. When you're surrounded by the Timor Sea, the Arafura Sea, and some of the best barramundi fishing country on the planet, outboard motors aren't just a product to us. They're how we get out there. And when half of Darwin's car culture is built around Skylines, Supras, and Silvias, JDM engines aren't just stock on a shelf either.

Why Darwin?

Darwin is one of the most demanding environments for marine gear in the country. Salt air, extreme tides, tropical heat, and serious offshore conditions mean motors up here get worked hard.
